When returning a product,
all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals,
warranty information, and printed materials
must be in their original packaging with the
product in order to be eligible for a full
refund.

If you should need to
return an item contact Mossy Creek Cycle and
ATV by phone or E-mail and request a RA
(Returned Authorization) number. Returned
items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY
on the box of the returned item. Return
shipping charges are the customer's
responsibility.

We recommend that you
insure the item when shipping. All items
returned must be in new and unused
condition.

Please Note: All sales
are subject to availability of product from
the respective manufacturer and/or vendor.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS The
customer is responsible for any additional
duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance
fees that may be assessed for returned items
shipped internationally. Shipping charges
are the responsibility of the customer for
warranty replacements. The customer is also
responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage
fees and insurance for replacements.

incidental or consequential damages
including without limitation, indirect or
special damages as a result of product
defects. This Limited Warranty does not
cover miscellaneous expenses including labor
costs for removal and installation of a
defective part, postage and shipping of
defective and/or replacement parts,
materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift,
dock or storage fees. Some states do not
allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, or exclusions or limitations
of incidental or consequential damages, your
rights may vary state to state.
Warranty Policy:

Cycle and ATV Limited Warranty is made to
the original purchaser only and is
non-transferable.
Limited Warranty: This
Limited Warranty is limited to defects in
materials and workmanship of the product as
supplied by the manufacturer. Cosmetic
flaws will not be covered under warranty on
any remanufactured part. If you are
not satisfied with the cosmetic appearance
of a remanufactured part. It will fall
under the 14 day return policy. See
refund policy.
Warranty Period: Your
warranty period begins on the date of
purchase. We offer a 90 day part replacement
warranty unless otherwise stated on your
receipt. This does not include batteries,
which carry its own manufactures
warranty.
Replacement Part(s):
Replacement parts provided as warranty
replacement carry the remainder of the
original warranty term or 60 days whichever
is longer.
Refunds:

Cycle and ATV reserves the right to refund
your money instead of replacing or repairing
a product.
Commercial Use: The
warranty period for parts installed or for
use on commercial vehicles expires 30 days
from the date of original purchase,
regardless of what may be printed on the
front of your receipt.
What is not covered:
This warranty does not cover parts that fail
as a result of improper installation,
misuse, abuse or the failure of another
part. Parts installed for use for racing or
competition use have no warranty. Parts
modified for use or installed for use other
than their original design and application
have no warranty. Individual warranty
information is contained below.

When returning a product
under warranty all parts, pieces,
accessories, and the original receipt, must
be include with the returned warranty part
in order to be eligible for warranty.
The warranty part can not be damaged or
altered in any way or it will not be
accepted for warranty. The damaged or
altered part will be shipped back to the
original purchaser, at the purchasers
expense, including a $25 inspection fee. If
after 14 days the original purchaser refuses
to pay for shipping and inspection fee the
part will become the property of Mossy Creek
Cycle and ATV and no refund or replacement
part will be given.

Brake and Clutch Components |

Creek Cycle and ATV warranties
re-manufactured brake and clutch
hydraulic components for 90 days
after purchase. The
replacement brake pads / shoes, and
clutch friction components are not
included in the warranty and have no
warranty. For the brake and
clutch components to be warranted,
the entire brake or clutch hydraulic
system has to be flushed with new
brake / clutch fluid compatible with
your machine prior to installation.
Be for warned! Without the proper
equipment, motorcycle and ATV brake
and clutch systems can be extremely
difficult to bleed the air from even
when following your repair manual.
In most occasions, spongy brake or
clutch issues on a rebuilt system
are from air pockets in the system,
another bad component, or weak
hydraulic lines. The spongy
system is seldom from the
re-manufactured components.
Warning, do not use your machine
with spongy brakes or clutch
systems. If you can not get
your system to bleed the air, you
need to consult a professional.

Carburetors |

Creek Cycle and ATV warranties
remanufactured carburetors for 90
days.
To be warranted the entire fuel
system must be cleaned including the
fuel tank. You must use an
inline filter and new fuel lines.
Most carburetors will be provided
with a filter and fuel line.
The carburetors that you are
purchasing have been remanufactured
for stock exhaust and air intake
systems. If these have been
altered your carburetor may not
meter fuel properly causing poor
performance and possible engine
damage.
Carburetors installed on non-stock
applications will not be warranted
for poor performance. Although
I can not guarantee over the phone
success of re-jetting a carb.
I can assist you with jetting
suggestions to help improve run
quality for most non-stock
applications. Re-jetting can
be very time consuming.
